Their seal represents our employees have successfully been certified with the understanding to operate inflatables safely, assess site setup areas, look for surrounding dangers, and help you understand how to safely operate your inflatable for your event.

Weather can be a hard thing to predict. If weather takes a turn for the worse it is important to do the following:

1. Have everyone exit the ride
2. Check the ride and verify no one is on it
3. Turn off the blowers
4. Allow the inflatable deflate, by opening zippers
5. Unplug from outlet
6. Cover Inflatable with tarp until weather subsides
7. Cover Blowers with provided tarps

Due to safety concerns these inflatable rides cannot be set up while raining. We will contact you if the weather forecast is predicting rain or storms to allow rescheduling.

Our premium inflatables are large and can require up to 70′ x 30 feet of yard space. We will look up your address and verify you have adequate yard space after booking. It is up to the customer to use these guidelines prior to booking your inflatable as deposits are not refundable. 

Inflatables will not be setup in the following conditions:

1. Next to a pond, river, pool or body of water
2. Under low hanging branches (some inflatables require 20 feet of clearance from the ground up)
3. Under electrical lines of any type.
4. Close to any fence (Inflatables must be approximately the same height in feet away from the fence.  
5. Yard structures of any type including fences, buildings, sheds must be the same distance away as the height of the inflatable.
6. Weather does not permit safe setup and operation of the inflatable rental. 
7.  Close to main roads or pedestrian walkways. 

If wind speeds are higher than 15-20 miles per hour:

1. Have everyone exit the ride
2. Ensure to check the ride
3. Turn off the blowers
4. Deflate the inflatable ride
5. Cover Inflatable with tarp until weather subsides

Having families ourselves, we know safety of you and your child is the upmost important. Following the manufacture guidelines and operational information will help minimize this risk but does not guarantee there will not be accidents or injury. 

As with any ride or attraction riders ride at your own risk. The main rule ensures an adult is supervising the ride at all times when in use.  ALWAYS look and FOLLOW the posted rules and regulations near the attraction. Look for signage that details important information about the ride on the side or entrance to the ride.

811 is the primary phone number for contacting and requesting dig approval from the utilities companies. Because our inflatables are so intense, they require us to stake them down with 30 inch securing stakes. To ensure a safe install, Ohio law requires the marking of all buried electrical, gas and utility lines that may be present underground near your setup area.
